    The TimberStrong System

    System

Like each of our clients, your project is unique and so are your needs. The versatile TimberStrong system allows you to fully customize your project’s dimensions, wood type, spacing, etc. Whether you are building new or replacing old decking TimberStrong can meet your needs.

    Dimensions

The Timberstrong system is perfect for both large and small projects. Board widths can be any size up to 12 feet. Because the fastening system occurs between the boards, and not at its ends, you can easily trim, notch and install around pilings and other objects. There is no limit to the length of a dock, pier, gangway or other decking surface.

    Wood Type

Whichever wood you would like to use, TimberStrong can probably accommodate you. The TimberStrong fastener works with almost any wood, natural or composite lumber to fill the client’s needs.

TimberStrong can manufacture panels with the following wood species: Ipe, Tigerwood, Cambara, Massaranduba, Cumaru, Pressure Treated, Cedar, Siberian Larch, Kebony and
    many others.

TimberStrong can be used with almost any brand of composite decking. After much research and testing, we can recommend GeoDeck as the composite decking that offers its customers the best options, including color and strength.

    Spacing Options

The TimberStrong fastener provides spacing options of ¼”, ⅜, ½”, ⅝ and ¾” between the deck boards. TimberStrong fasteners are not sold individually and are only supplied as part of the TimberStrong Panel System.

    Replacement

The TimberStrong system allows for easy removal and replacement of individual deck boards within a panel with the use of TimberStrong’s split fastener.
